Real Stories: Managing Blood Pressure With Real Food

High blood pressure is one of the most common conditions we see in our program — and often one of the most responsive to dietary change. Below are real stories from our community, in their own words, on video.

"Real, unprocessed food is naturally gentler on your heart."

Why food has such a direct effect on blood pressure

Sodium intake, processed food, and excess weight are among the biggest dietary drivers of high blood pressure. Whole, home-cooked food naturally contains far less sodium than processed alternatives, and the gradual weight loss that tends to follow real-food eating compounds the effect — many participants see their numbers improve over the 15 weeks, working alongside their doctor on any medication changes.
